Dr. Tina Bethel, EdD, LCSW, is the founder of BethelEd Consulting, a professional training and workforce development company specializing in evidence-based education for healthcare, behavioral health, nonprofit, educational, and community organizations.

With more than 20 years of experience in behavioral health, leadership, and adult learning, Dr. Bethel develops engaging, practical training programs that strengthen workforce competency, improve service delivery, and support positive outcomes for the individuals and communities organizations serve.
